MANSFIELD — Mansfield Senior High School senior Gavin Camak has been selected a semifinalist in the 2027 National Merit Scholarship Program.
Camak is one of more than 16,000 students nationwide to earn this recognition.
Semifinalists represent less than one percent of U.S. high school seniors and are selected from students who took the PSAT/NMSQT during their junior year.
Cemak may now continue in the competition for a National Merit Scholarship by completing the requirements for Finalist standing. Finalists are expected to be notified in February 2027.
