Judy Ann Kiser, a strong and loving woman, passed away at the age of 82. She was born on May 3, 1944, to the late Elbert and Marie Cragar.
Judy was known for her strength, caring heart, and love for her family. She enjoyed watching NASCAR with Jeff Gordan being her favorite, flower gardening and mowing the lawn.
Judy is survived by her husband of 63 years, Homer Kiser; daughter, Tammy Kiser; sons, Quentin and Dewey Kiser; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; her sister, Janie and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded by one grandchild, and two sisters, Sue and Linda.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2026, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Wappner Funeral Directors & Crematory-Mansfield, 98 S. Diamond Street. Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 28, 2026, at 10:00am. Judy will be laid to rest in Mansfield Cemetery.
