Betty Jane Lozier, age 85, of Mansfield, OH, passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at her home. She was born April 9, 1941, in Huron, OH to George Lewis and Mildred Arminta (Boyce) Myers.

She worked at the Coca-Cola Bottling Company for 16 years. After her job was relocated to Wooster, she continued her career at Daugherty’s Restaurant, where she worked for many years as both a cook and a waitress.

Betty had a warm, generous spirit and a true love for family. During Christmas, she especially enjoyed making cookies with her nieces, creating memories that meant so much to everyone around her. She was loved by many neighbors, and her grandson Austin was her rock and steady source of strength and support.

Betty passed away on her great-grandson Jax’s birthday—an event that brought both sadness and a special kind of meaning, because Jax loved being at Grandmas. She enjoyed spending time with all of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and she looked forward to taking yearly vacations to Florida.

She is survived by her daughter, Twila (Richard) Senters; son, Harold Cox; daughter, Janet Wheaton; daughter, Jo (John) Bertram; step-daughter, Cathy (Mac) McIntyre; grandchildren, Jeff Robinson, Rick O’Neil, Lauralie Cox, Arminta O’Neil, Paula Bertram, and Ashley Mead; step grandchildren, Kisa Newman and Skeeter Price; great grandchildren, Austin, Dustin, Caitlin, Dominic, Alexis, Elijah, Landon, Destiny, Adam, Jessica, Andrew, Jax, Kaleb, and Aubree; great-great grandchildren, Easton, Makenlee, Aspen, Adalynn, Addison, Carson, Haylen, Grayson, and Kiser; siblings, Donna Parks, Shelby; Florence Pogue, Mansfield; George David (Brenda) Myers, Plymouth; and Barbara Didion, Pahrump, NV; sister-in-law and best friend, Joyce Keinath; sister-in-law, Eulalia Myers.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 13 years, Harold W. Lozier; brother, Charles Myers; sister, Martha Laser; sister, Doris Hershner; first grandson, Danny Robinson, Jr.; grandson, John Bertram, Jr.; son-in-law, Mike Wheaton; and great-great grandson, Grayson Robinson.
