MANSFIELD — Clover Hill Early Learning Center is proud to announce that its Allen Campus has been awarded a Gold Rating through the State of Ohio’s Step Up To Quality (SUTQ) system.
The Gold Rating is the highest level of recognition in Ohio’s quality rating and improvement system for early learning and development programs. It recognizes programs that meet or exceed rigorous quality standards designed to support positive outcomes for children. These standards are based on national research identifying the best practices for promoting children’s learning, growth, and development. Step Up To Quality also demonstrates a program’s commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in early childhood education.
Located in Ontario, Clover Hill Early Learning Center’s Allen Campus is licensed for 45 children and opened on August 18, 2025, to help meet the growing childcare needs of families in the community. Since opening, the center has remained dedicated to providing a nurturing, engaging, and high-quality learning environment for young children.
