MANSFIELD — North Central Ohio’s fastest‑growing independent music event, the Cypher City Hip Hop Festival, returns on July 25, bringing a full day of live performances, DJ sets, beat battles, vendors, and street‑culture celebration to the Youth Hall at the Richland County Fairgrounds.

Organized by Mansfield creative entrepreneur Ryan James, the festival continues its mission of elevating local talent, empowering independent artists, and showcasing the cultural heartbeat of the region.

“Cypher City is about giving our city a voice,” James said. “Every artist, every vendor, every supporter helps build something real — a movement that represents Mansfield’s talent, culture, and future.”

This year’s festival features its largest lineup to date, with artists from across Ohio and surrounding states converging in Mansfield for a high‑energy, all‑ages event.
