Linda Lee Stanek, 77, passed away July 10, 2026, in Mansfield, Ohio. She was born to Robert and Mary (Shuleva) Gold in 1949, in Cleveland.
She was a graduate of West Technical High School, class of 1967. She worked as a patent attorney’s secretary and sold real estate. She was a cookie artist for Cookies by Design and ran Frank-Ly Organic, a family produce business. She enjoyed reading and traveling with her family. She cherished the time spent with her family and friends, creating many treasured memories with them.
Linda is survived by her loving husband, whom she was married to for 58 years, Frank Stanek, Sr.; daughter, Tracy (David) Stanek-Krutel; brothers and sisters, Cathy Petryshyn, Robert (Roseanne) Gold, Tom (Pat) Gold, Peggy (John) Bradley, Beth (Jeff) Trammel, Bruce (Ina) Gold and Mary Jane (Bentley) Matcham; half-sister, Jackie Berkheimer; daughter-in-law, Tina Stanek; grandchildren, Kayla (Blake) Baker and Chase Stanek, great-granddaughter, Scarlett Baker; many beloved nieces and nephews; and many cherished family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Frank Stanek, Jr.; and sister, Barbara Stary.

A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, August 16, 2026, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at The Community Room, 7900 Fitch Rd, Olmsted Township, OH 44138.
