Madison Township — Immeasurably More Event Catering is taking up permanent residence in Madison Township.

Jessica Sprague, owner, said 1026 Lucas Road is their first permanent location. The property was purchased from R&I Realty LLC for $257,500.

“It’s a really exciting milestone for us,” Sprague said. “We’ve been operating Immeasurably More Event Catering out of a rented commercial kitchen for the past few years.”

Sprague said they provide a wide variety of catering services including weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, celebrations of life, private parties, brunch spreads, interactive food bars, desserts and fully custom menus. 

She noted they are still working through the planning and approval process for the property.

“We’re excited about what this space will allow us to do moving forward,” Sprague said. “Having a space to call our own is very special to us, we feel incredibly blessed and are excited to take this next step.”
