Regina K. Dibling, 92, of Fostoria, passed away on Sunday, June 21, 2026 at Birchaven Village in Findlay.

She was born on February 19, 1934 in Fostoria to the late Hubert and Kathryn (Mabus) Baker. She married Robert John Dibling on May 29, 1952 and he preceded her in death on November 12, 2011.

Surviving are five children, Frank (Sheree’) Dibling, Lithia, FL, Theresa (Ed) Weber, Chelsea, MI, Rosalie (David) Holman, Fostoria, Christina (Arthur Jr.) Costilla, Fostoria and Marcella (Carl) Hunnell, Mansfield; 15 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and three siblings, Mary Jo Wagner, Marge Reinhart and Edward Baker. She was also preceded in death by an infant son, Donald Paul Dibling; and siblings, Robert Baker, Raymond Baker, Thomas Baker, James Baker and Joyce Spencer.

Regina was a 1952 graduate of Montgomery Local School and was an active member of St. Wendelin Catholic Church where she helped with funeral dinners. She was a poll worker during the elections for Perry Township and worked 37 years for Time Warner Cable where she retired as the branch office manager. Regina was also a homemaker and enjoyed crocheting, counted cross stitch, ceramics, sewing and square dancing with the Foxy Fours and Rhythm Ramblers.

Visitation is 5-8 p.m. on Friday, June 26, 2026 at HOENING & SON FUNERAL HOME, 133 W. Tiffin St., Fostoria where a Vigil will take place at 7:30 p.m. The funeral Mass is Saturday, June 27, 2026 at St. Wendelin Catholic Church with Rev. Joseph Poggemeyer presiding. Burial will follow at St. Wendelin Catholic Cemetery. Following the burial there will be a funeral luncheon held in the Parish Hall at St. Wendelin Church.

Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Wendelin Cemetery Fund or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in care of the funeral home.
