MANSFIELD — The Renaissance Performing Arts Association has announced its 2026-27 performance season, featuring Broadway musicals, concerts, symphony performances, family programming and immersive theater productions.

The season includes performances at the Renaissance Theatre and Theatre 166 in downtown Mansfield. Additional events will be announced throughout the year.

A major renovation project also will debut this season, with new seating installed throughout the Renaissance Theatre. The project is designed to improve audience comfort, sightlines and the overall theater experience.

The Park National Bank Broadway Series will feature “Guys & Dolls,” “Oliver!” and “Beautiful: The Carole King Musical.” The productions will be staged by the Renaissance artistic team and feature local and regional performers.

The Avita Health System Concert Series includes performances by country artist Jo Dee Messina and several tribute acts celebrating the music of Led Zeppelin, Jimmy Buffett, Pearl Jam, AC/DC and Neil Diamond.

The OhioHealth Symphony Series, under the direction of Music Director Octavio Más-Arocas, will feature five performances, including the free “Classical Mansfield: Radiant & Beautiful Community Concert,” “Game On: The Sound of Play,” the annual “Holiday Pops” concert, “Side by Side: New World Voices” and “Requiem & Renewal.”

The season concludes with a presentation of “My Fair Lady in Concert” featuring the Mansfield Symphony Orchestra and Renaissance Theatre.

Education programming will continue through the Mechanics Bank Education Series, including Broadway Camps, Mansfield Youth Theatre productions, the Teddy Bear Concert Series, Mansfield Symphony Youth Orchestra, Youth Strings, Renaissance Youth Opera Theatre and Carnegie Hall’s Link Up program.

Family programming will include a live appearance by Elmo, the popular character from “Sesame Street.”

The Innovation Series in Theatre 166 will feature productions of “Dracula,” “Ruthless! The Musical” and “Come From Away,” along with Ghostlight Cabaret performances.

The Spotlight Series includes a screening of the silent film “Nosferatu” accompanied by the Renaissance’s Mighty Wurlitzer organ, the annual showing of “The Rocky Horror Picture Show,” “The Nutcracker Ballet” and “We Wish You a Jazzy Christmas.”

The season will begin with Pictures on the Plaza, a free outdoor movie series held in Renaissance Plaza.

The Renaissance will continue offering ticket discounts for seniors, students and military members, as well as complimentary admission opportunities for individuals facing financial hardship.

Season tickets and membership packages are available through the Renaissance box office and online. The organization is also offering a new Theatre Lovers Package, which provides admission to three Broadway or Innovation Series performances for a flat rate.
