MANSFIELD – Brian Schmidt has been elected to the Board of Directors of both Mechanics Financial Corporation and Mechanics Bank.

Brian Schmidt is the Owner & President of Schmidt Security Pro & Schmidt Fire, based in Mansfield.
A lifelong resident of the local community, Brian graduated from Lexington High School and has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toledo.
He currently serves as Treasurer of the Ohio Security and Fire Alarm Association and serves or has served with organizations across our community including the North Central State College Foundation, Richland Area Chamber of Commerce, Mansfield University Club, BrainTree and the District 5 Area Agency on Aging Foundation.
Brian and his wife, Krista, have two children and together they enjoy many of the outdoor activities Richland County has to offer.
