About the event:
The Salvation Army Mansfield Corps, along with its Advisory Board Members, will be handing out donuts at The Mansfield Veterans Clinic, 1025 South Trimble Road, Mansfield,Ohio, on Friday, June 5, 2026, starting at 8 am until 11 am or until the donuts run out.
The donuts are being supplied by The Blueberry Patch, Buckeye Bakery, and Dunkin Donuts of Shelby.
It is our honor to acknowledge area veterans and to highlight the ways The Salvation Army supports our local community.
National Donut Day was first celebrated in Chicago in 1938 to recognize the Donut Lassies who first delivered donuts to soldiers on the front lines of WWI in Europe. It is traditionally the first Friday in June.
