Ruth Ann Russell, age 83, passed away on Sunday, May 17, 2026 at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital.
Ruth was born on October 31, 1942, in Willard, Ohio, to the late Richard and Gladys (Blankenship) Frisby. She graduated from Plymouth High School and retired from Pioneer Career & Technology Center in the late ’90’s.
Surviving family is her sons, Jason (Cecilia) Russell of San Antonio, Texas, Dean (Rebecca) Russell of Mansfield, Ohio and Christopher (Karen) Russell of Palm Coast, Florida; ten grandchildren and a six great grandchildren; sisters, Wanda Frisby of Florida and Donna (Rex) Argo of Ohio; nieces, nephews and other relatives.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Craig Russell, and a son, Shannon Russell.
Per request of the family, services will not be observed.
