Jason M. Knasinski, age 49, of Lexington, passed away on May 1, 2026, at his home. He
was born on July 14, 1976, in Aurora, to Bill and Grace Champion.

He was engaged to Amber B. Rivera, and together they shared four years of love and
companionship.

He worked as a motorcycle mechanic and painter and was also the founder of Stronger
by Choice. A man of many talents and trades, Jason was known for his intelligence,
determination, and ability to build or repair almost anything — from motorcycles to
handcrafted holsters.

He enjoyed all things motorcycles, traveling across 28 states with his fiancée, RC cars,
fishing, crafts, movies, spending time at the shooting range, and playing Call of Duty. He
spent time with his kids and enjoyed snowboarding. He was also honored to be a
founder of stronger by choice.

Jason is survived by his fiancée, Amber B. Rivera; his children, Kayla Knasinski, Jaden
Knasinski, Kolton Knasinski, Aubree Knasinski, Ava Knasinski, and Jace Knasinski; his
stepchildren, Jacob Hammond and Hannah (Bryson) Howell; his mother, Grace
Champion; his siblings, Josh (Janelle) Champion, Kelly Champion, and Jackie (BJ)
Champion; and his step-grandchildren, Shiloh, Scarlett, Stormi, and Willow, along with
many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Jenna Knasinski; his father, Bill Champion;
his sister, Kim Rucker; and his nephew, Ian Champion.
