Garnett Faye Fulmer (Morgan), 81, of Mansfield, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2026. She was born on May 10, 1944, in Grahn, Kentucky, to Leslie and Clotine Morgan.
Garnett Faye Fulmer was known for her kindness, her generosity, her drive, and her flawless sense of fashion. She spent her life working hard in both her faith and her career. She was a member of the Professional Business women’s Club and worked at Lumberman’s, BorgWarner, and D+S Communications, where she retired. Throughout her career, she received many honors and awards in her field.

She is survived by her son, Steve (Sheila) Hill; stepsons, Keith (Jennifer) Fulmer and Kurt (Debra) Fulmer; grandchildren, Parker and Ainsley Hill, Courtney (Tyler) Smith, Hannah Fulmer, and Chloe Fulmer; great-grandchildren, Gentry and Charley Smith; sister, Debbie (Ralph) Ammons; brother, Larry Morgan; niece, Corina (Mike) Milligan; great-nephew, Joseph Brady; great-niece, Ashleigh (Nic) Featheringham, and their children Konnor, Braxten, Elleigh, and Atlas.

She was preceded in death by husband, Larry Fulmer; father, Leslie Morgan; mother, Clotine Morgan; and brother, Carl Morgan.

Garnett’s favorite pastime was spending time with the “4 Amigos,” which consisted of herself, her sister Deb, niece Corina, and great-niece Ashleigh. She enjoyed shopping, taking trips, dining, craft shows, Amish country, and laughing until she cried.

She will be deeply missed by many and remembered for her shining smile and unwavering dedication to those she loved.

Services will be held at First Congregational Church of Mansfield, 640 Millsboro Road, at 11 a.m. on the 16th of May 2026.
