MADISON TOWNSHIP — Madison High School has announced its valedictorian and salutatorian for the graduating Class of 2026.
Valedictorian
Name: Timothy Ellis.
Parents: Julie Wilkinson and Terry Ellis Sr.
Activities or Notable Achievements: Active member of Ohio Cardinal Conference Leadership, National Honors Society, Executive Committee and Treasurer of Student Council. I am a manager at Culver’s in Ontario, Ohio and have worked there since my sophomore year. I was on the track & field team for two years as well.
Student’s Plans for Further Education (college and field of study): I plan to further my education at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. I will be majoring in Business Administration with a specialization in Operations Management. I plan to use my degree to become an Operations Manager /Owner Operator of Culver’s in the future.

Name: Lillian DeLong.
Parents: Laurel and Matt Bautz, Dustin and Samantha DeLong.
Activities or Notable Achievements: Four-year letter winner in track and field, three-year letterwinner in soccer, member of yearbook committee, member of National Honors Society, member of Student Council. Two time winner of the Hardest Worker Award in track and field, Track and Field MVP in junior year.
Student’s Plans for Further Education (college and field of study): I plan on attending college and am deciding between Heidelberg University and University of Mount Union where I plan to continue my track career and study Exercise Science and later to become a Physician Assistant.
