Jack Danels Gray, age 45 of Greenwich Ohio, passed away on May 1, 2026 UH Samaritan Hospital in Ashland following a hard fought fight with six different types of cancer. On September 18, 1980 he was born in Oberlin, Ohio the son of Michael Gray Sr. and Lila Axford. He married Mandy Rogers on July 6, 2024 at the home of a family friend and they shared 21 years together.

Jack was a diesel mechanic by trade and has lived in Canton and Ashland the majority of his life. He enjoyed bull riding, moto-cross, hunting, fishing, was an avid collector of John Deere memorabilia and spending time with his family. His proudest achievements were his children. What makes Jack unique was he was not afraid of anything. He was always up for any kind of challenges.

He is survived by his wife, Mandy Gray; his children, Madison Gray, Jaden Gray, William Miner, Robert, Miner, Hayley Rae Miner, and Steven Vick; two brothers Michael (Tiffany) Gray and Jodi Gray and his sister, Mary (Teddy) Hiles.

He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Gray Sr.; grandmother, Mary Lou Conley, two aunts, Corina Conley Baker and Helena Souslin and grandfather, Vernon Gray.
