GALION — A Galion suspect was arrested and drugs seized among other evidence after a search warrant was executed earlier this month in a joint operation conducted by north central Ohio law enforcement agencies, according to a press release issued Tuesday afternoon.

As a result of the investigation, Temiko McClinton, 38, of Galion, was taken into custody, authorities stated.

McClinton has been charged with 15 felony counts, including Aggravated Trafficking of Drugs, Aggravated Possession of Drugs, and Tampering with Evidence. The case will be forwarded to the Crawford County Prosecutor’s Office for review and prosecution.

During the April 9 execution of a search warrant at 125 Orange Street in Galion, officers reportedly located and seized 446 grams of methamphetamine, approximately 17 grams of cocaine, various prescription drugs along with other evidence consistent with drug trafficking offenses.

The search warrant was executed by officers with the Galion Police Department, assisted by the Crawford County Special Response Team and METRICH. The warrant was obtained as part of an ongoing investigation into complaints of suspected drug trafficking.

This investigation remains ongoing, and additional charges or arrests may be forthcoming.
