ONTARIO — Ontario police on Thursday afternoon were investigating what they described as “suspicious circumstances” discovered inside a vacant home at 1876 August Drive.
Officers responded to a report of “concerning conditions” inside the unoccupied residence.
According to a press release, officials requested assistance from the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation due to the findings.
The press release stated BCI was still on-site investigating the situation.
Sgt. Casey Bly said there is no active threat to the public.
Officials said this is currently the only available information and they would release updates as the investigation continues.
