“Live your best life”—a phrase often spoken lightly—for Brandy, held a much deeper meaning: to embrace each day with humor, to meet difficult seasons with grace, and to never let life’s weight steal its joy.
Brandy Weyhmeller, 52, of Bellville, passed with a legacy defined not by circumstance, but by the lightness of spirit she carried through every season. Her laughter was steady, her optimism contagious, and her presence unforgettable.
Born January 18, 1974, in Mt. Vernon, Ohio, Brandy was the daughter of David and Inis (Humphrey) Weyhmeller. She was raised in the Clear Fork Valley, a place that shaped her and remained a lasting part of her identity. Like many who call Bellville home, Brandy carried a deep sense of community pride for the Valley.
A 1992 graduate of Clear Fork High School, Brandy was a cheerleader and an active member of the Flag Corps. Professionally, she worked as a Customer Relations and Communications Manager, where her natural ability to connect with others made her valued.
Brandy’s love for her community was perhaps most evident in her long-standing involvement with the Bellville Fair. For many years, she served as Director of the Bellville Fair Queen Selection Committee. She found joy in life’s simple pleasures—tending to her flower gardens, swimming on warm days, searching for antiques, and crafting with care. Music was a constant companion, and she especially loved R&B.
Those who knew Brandy will remember her as someone who never met a stranger. Guided always by her personal motto: “Live your best life” her outgoing, bubbly personality made every gathering brighter.
She leaves behind a legacy of love and commitment to her family, her friends, and her community. Brandy is survived by her children, Keith Corbin and Reagan (Lawrence) Firmi; her cherished granddaughter, Mylah Corbin; her mother, Inis Weyhmeller; her siblings, Mitch Weyhmeller and Tobi (James) Jevnikar; her sister-in-law, Brenda Weyhmeller; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members who will continue to carry her spirit forward.
She was preceded in death by her father, David Weyhmeller, and her brother, Larry Weyhmeller.
Family and friends are invited to gather on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, from 4–7 p.m. at the Snyder Funeral Home, Bellville Butler Chapel, where a funeral service will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. Pastor Patrick Bailey will officiate, and burial will follow in Bellville Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Jefferson Township-Bellville Rescue Squad, honoring Brandy’s enduring care for the community she loved so deeply.
