Patricia A. Neuhart, age 74 of Mansfield, passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital. She was born on February 11, 1952, in Mansfield to the late Ralph and Irene (Perry) Poe, and on October 3, 1976, she married her husband Richard R. Neuhart.
Patricia worked for OhioHealth as a home healthcare office manager for over 30 years.
She is survived by her husband Richard Neuhart as well as her son Matthew Neuhart.
She was preceded in death by her parents Ralph and Irene Poe.
No formal services will be observed.
