Jacob Paul Lewis of Columbus passed away Monday evening, February 16, 2026.
Jacob was a man of many talents and many loves. A close second was reading and enhancing his understanding of this world so he could be highly successful as well as a font of wisdom for those who needed his help.
Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Jill Lewis; brother, Joey (Alexa) Lewis; two nieces, Cecilia and Genevieve; grandparents, Marjorie Silcox and Paul (Diana) Slone; aunts and uncles, Mathew (Crystal) Lewis, Courtney (Jeff) Brooks, Zack (Katie) Silcox, Logan (Erin) Slone, Amber (Andy) Dials and Frances (Brian) Williams; close cousins, Lexi (Colton) Foley, Carter (Alexa) Brooks, Levi Lewis and Cameron Lewis; special friend, Darrin (Lisa) Monhollen; and many additional family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joey Lewis Jr.; and grandparents, James Silcox, Joey Lewis Sr. and Linda Lewis.
Private family services will be observed. He will be laid to rest in Franklin Cemetery.
