CRAWFORD COUNTY — Two Mansfield men were arrested Sunday with a half-pound of suspected methamphetamine during a traffic stop by the Crawford County Sheriff’s Department.

Randall Scott Leicy, 33, and William E. Morgan, 48, were transported to the Crawford County Justice Center, charged with drug possession, having weapons under disability and child endangering.

Deputies said a child was inside the vehicle when it was stopped, a bust also credited to the multi-county METRICH Drug Task Force.

The location and time of the arrest was not released by the sheriff’s office. The age and relationship of the child to either of the two men was also not disclosed.

The CCSO also recovered two guns and more than $7,000 in cash during the stop.

Deputies said a report would be prepared for the Crawford County Prosecutor’s Office for consideration of additional charges.

Sheriff Scott Kent encouraged residents to report any suspicious activity to the sheriff’s office at 419-562-7906 or by submitted a tip on the CCSO app.
