MANSFIELD — February’s promotion was one to remember as Music Academy of Karate & Empowerment students demonstrated resilience, focus, and an unwavering commitment to growth—even with unpredictable winter weather.

To ensure every student had the opportunity to test, two separate promotion sessions, allowed families flexibility.

“We are proud to recognize Zach Ballengee, who earned his Green Belt through consistent effort, discipline, and determination. Zach’s advancement reflects the hard work he puts into every class, and we look forward to seeing him continue to lead by example,” said Reneta Music, MAKE founder/executive director

“Congratulations also go to Henry Miller, who was named Student of the Month. Henry’s excitement was impossible to miss—he was so thrilled about his achievement that he practically went airborne! His enthusiasm, positive attitude, and dedication to improvement truly embody the spirit of MAKE,” Music said.

“A special thank-you goes out to Sensei Amber Bogner, who stepped up to run a smaller promotion on Wednesday night while I was out teaching in the community. Her leadership ensured that our students didn’t miss a beat and could continue progressing despite schedule challenges,” Music said.
