TROY TOWNSHIP — The Richland County Engineer’s Office has announced the following road closure:
Owens Road, between Graham Rd and Lexington-Springmill Road, located in Troy Township.
This will be closed between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 16 and Tuesday, Feb. 17.
The closure is due to the City of Mansfield’s ongoing well waterline replacement project.
