Pat Cheri McGlone, 78, of Mansfield, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, February 11, 2026. She was born on February 14, 1947, in Charleston, West Virginia to Ronald Mullins and Helen (Watson) Kennedy.
She was always determined and strong-willed — qualities that guided her through life with strength and resilience. Though she could be stubborn at times, it was only because she cared so deeply. Above all, she was loving, devoted, and happiest when surrounded by her family and grandchildren.
She was very ornery but had a great sense of humor through life. Pat loved crocheting, playing Bingo, and was a truly skilled baker. Many cherished family birthdays were made even sweeter by the beautiful cakes she lovingly baked herself. She also enjoyed playing games on her phone and spending time playing cards — small moments that brought her happiness.
Her home was her heart, and her family was her greatest treasure. She will be remembered for her warmth, her determination, and the love she so generously shared.
Pat is survived by her daughter, Cheri (Danny) Herold; son, Clifford (Nancy) Hooper; six grandchildren, Jessica (Nate) Jordan, Airel (Alex) Gladden, Dallas Trimble, Bailey (Cam) Trimble, Victoria French, and Curtis (Abby) French; seven great grandchildren, Hallie, Odin, Cullen, Alayna, Saydee, Easton, and Ember; four sisters, Frances Gee, Lena Perry, Peggy Murphy, and Joan Mullins; brother, James (Minnie) Mullins, many nieces and nephews; and other dear relatives survive.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James McGlone; daughter, Tina French; brothers, Frankie Mullins and Snookie Mullins, sister, Ella Mae Hall, and nieces, Brooklyn Esbenshade and Tammy Steverson.
Family and friends are invited to the funeral which will be held Monday, February 16, 2026, at 10:30am at Mansfield Cemetery, 389 Altamont Ave., Mansfield, OH 44902, officiated by Pastor Earl Tackett.
