CRESTLINE – Avita Health System recently received the generous donation of a building located at 245 N. Seltzer Street in Crestline by Park National Bank.

This contribution supports Avita’s ongoing mission to enhance healthcare access and services in the community.

“We deeply appreciate Chris Hiner and Park National Bank for their generous donation of this property in Crestline,” said Jerry Morasko, President / CEO of Avita Health System. “We are always looking for ways to expand services in our rural communities.

“This gift provides the perfect opportunity to move our current pharmacy to this new location which will give the community access to a convenient drive-thru to pick up their prescriptions. We hope to start preparing the building to accommodate this move over the next several months.”

The building is 3,774 square feet and has a drive-through. The property is adjacent to Avita’s Central Distribution Center, medical clinics, therapy and sports medicine facility, and retail pharmacy.

This donation brings Park National Bank’s cumulative support of Avita to more than $1 million in gifts, grants, and sponsorships dating back 23 years.

“Supporting the communities we serve is at the heart of who we are at Park National Bank,” added Chris Hiner, Regional President and Director of Retail Lending. “We’re grateful for the opportunity to partner with Avita Health System and help expand access to quality healthcare in Crestline.

“This property has been an important part of the neighborhood for many years, and we’re proud to see it continue to serve local families in a meaningful way.”
