It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that Makenna Hawk and Byron “BJ” Patrick share the heartbreaking news that they are no longer expecting their twin babies, Saint and Soul Eugene Patrick. Their precious children were called to their heavenly home on Monday evening, December 15, 2025, at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital.
Though Saint and Soul spent only a brief moment in the loving arms of their parents, their lives left an everlasting imprint on the hearts of all who knew of them. We lovingly honor and cherish the memory of Saint and Soul. These beautiful babies touched many lives, and find comfort in knowing they are now at peace, watching over their family from above.
Saint & Soul are survived by parents, Makenna Hawk and Byron “BJ” Patrick; maternal grandmothers Mary Jo Hawk and Terri McClead; paternal grandmother Crystal Webb; paternal great-grandmother Mary Miner, and maternal great-grandmother, Cathrine Webb, numerous aunts and uncles, Jayden, Kelly, Brandon, Wade, Tyrese, Deonte, Labrian as well as many cousins and other relatives.
Our baby boys were greeted with open arms in heaven by their paternal grandfather, Byron Eugene Patrick Sr., who passed away in 2018.
