Elizabeth Fields, age 91, of Mansfield, passed away peacefully on Tuesday evening, December 16, 2025 at Crystal Care Centers of Mansfield.
Elizabeth was born August 17, 1934 in Pike County, Kentucky to the late George Artrip and Rhoda Ferguson Artrip. She was a devoted wife and homemaker.
In addition to her parents, Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband Glen Fields and siblings Charles Artrip, George Artrip, Jr., both of Mansfield, OH and Sybil Burns of Shelby, NC.
Those left to cherish her memory include her devoted daughter, Loretta (James) Whiting of Lexington and son, Robert Fields, of Mansfield. Grandchildren Steve (Maki) Massey Jr. of Appleton, WI and Stacey (Jeff) Casey of Mansfield, Bryan Fields, Josh Fields and Britney Fields all of Olive Hill, KY, Ashley Whiting and Robert (Angie) Whiting both of Lexington, OH and 22 great grandchildren.
A special thank you to the staff at Crystal Care Centers of Mansfield for 15 years of love and care provided.
Visitation will be Tuesday, December 23, 2025 from 11 am – 12 pm in the Lexington Avenue Snyder Funeral Home where funeral services will begin at 12 pm. Pastor Dave Davenport will officiate and burial will follow in Mansfield Memorial Park.
Memorial contributions may be made to Faith Baptist Church Ontario.
