SHELBY — Soggy Dollar Properties has purchased two Mansfield Avenue apartment buildings — 148 and 123 Mansfield Avenue.

Glecca Realty Company sold them for $2,425,000, according to the Richland County Recorder’s Office.

The properties, once owned by Gene Cornell, sit near the former Cornell’s IGA at 140 Mansfield Avenue, which still stands vacant on the lot.

Austin Keinath, the grantee on the transfer, said both buildings will continue operating as apartments.
