Mary Ann Snow, age 87, of Tiro, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at home surrounded by her loving family.
Mary Ann was born on January 21, 1938, in Ironton, Ohio, to the late Russel and Rose L. Fraley. She was a resident of Tiro for over 40 years. She was employed with MTD in Willard, Ohio for 20 years before retiring in February 2008.
Mary was a long-time member of the Crouse Memorial Lutheran Church in Tiro. She enjoyed playing board and card games with her friends. Some of her favorites included Bingo, SkipBo, and Uno. She loved traveling to visit her grand babies – they brought her much joy in life. Some of her greatest joys as a grandmother included watching her granddaughter, Heather, play softball for Buckeye Central and following her grandson, Marcus during his professional bull rider Career. Other activities that she enjoyed included visiting garage sales, auctions, playing the lottery, and going on gambling trips to Vegas and Riverboat.
Those who will cherish her memories include her children, Janet Rheinbolt of Tennessee, Sue Rheinbolt of Shelby, Debbie Schiefer of Shelby, Berty (Jon) Lane of Arizona and Kelly (Gary) Paylor of New Washington; grandchildren, Marcus Whittington of Tiro, Heather and Brandon Curtis of Shiloh, Shealyn Lane and Scott (Kate) Lane of Arizona, great grandchildren, Ella Hoose and Trevor Boesch; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and close friends.

Friends and family may come to honor Mary Ann’s life from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Monday, December 1, 2025 at the Barkdull Funeral Home & Crematory in Shelby. A funeral service will follow starting at 12:00 PM at the funeral home. Pastor Don Neuman will officiate with an internment held at Oakland Cemetery in Shelby.
In place of flowers, memorial contributions may be given in Mary Ann’s memory to Crouse Lutheran Church, 402 Main Street, Tiro, Ohio 44887.
