Cheryl Gilbert, age 61 of Mifflin, passed away unexpectedly on November 26, 2025, at her home. She was born on April 8, 1964, in Mansfield to the late Robert J. and Shirley A. (Frisch) Vogt.
Cheryl worked for the Mifflin Inn for many years, and most recently, she was employed by Taylor Metal Products.
She is survived by her sister Laurie (Toby) Thomas; her nieces Alissa M. Thomas and Kassie A. Collins; her good friend Linda; and her Mifflin Market friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 17 years David M. Gilbert, Jr.; her parents Robert and Shirley Vogt; and her brothers Russell J. Vogt and Phillip S. Vogt.
No formal services will be observed. Cheryl will be laid to rest at Zehner Cemetery in Mifflin.
