The board also presented 8th grade English language arts teacher Lindsey Frank and Lynette Keiser, an administrative assistant at Eastview Elementary, with the Ram Pride award.

“Mrs. Frank continues to step up when the building is in need, and this year is no exception,” Principal Jordan Nelson said.

“Lindsey took on a new position as an eighth grade ELA teacher, took over the Builders Club, joined our PBIS committee, and continues to handle the special education coordination in the building. She is also providing support for our new intervention specialists here at the middle school.”

Nelson described Frank as an advocate for kids who care about their academic performance as well as their social and emotional well-being.

“She is someone that I can count on to be a leader in the building, and is always willing to offer a helping hand,” Nelson said.

As the building secretary, Keiser is the first face to greet Eastview students, parents and staff each morning.

Principal Melissa Wigton described her as the heart of the building.

“Her attention to detail keeps our school running smoothly and her willingness to go above and beyond ensures that everyone feels supported,” Wigton said.

“Whether it’s solving problems on the spot, keeping us organized or offering a warm smile on a tough day, Mrs. Keiser demonstrates dedication and compassion in all that she does. Her hard work and positive attitude make a difference every single day.”
