Larry was born on June 17, 1949, in Mansfield, Ohio and was the son of the late Arthur Goetz and Mary (Murray) Johnson.

Larry graduated from Malabar High School in 1968. He served in the United States Marine Corp. from 1967-1970, fought in Vietnam and was extremely proud to serve our country.
Larry married Anna Mae (Haney) Swetcoff in Las Vegas on May 30, 1994, and was an employee at Therm-O-Disc, located in Mansfield, OH, where they both lived until relocating to St. Petersburg, Florida.

He loved riding his Harley, playing golf and camping. His joy in this life was spending quality time with his wife, as well as his family and friends, who affectionately called him, “Crazy Larry”. He was a proud Marine and enjoyed every moment spent spoiling his beloved dog, Bonnie, who also loved going on rides on the Harley given the chance.

Larry was a member of Indian Rocks Baptist Church in Largo, Florida. He often said, “The only bad day is the day you can’t get outside” and was known to never sit still. He always had to be “doing”.

Remaining to cherish Larry’s memory are his son, Jeremy Goetz (wife, Candi), daughter, Brandie Boebel (husband, Joe) and his beloved dog, Bonnie; his grandchildren, Jake Goetz, Ashley Goetz, Cody Boebel, Colby Boebel and Caden Boebel; his sisters, Shelley Radojcsics (husband, Eric) and Toni David, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Anna Mae (Haney) Goetz, age 76, passed February 18,2025 in St. Petersburg, Florida. Anna was born on December 18,1948 in Mansfield, Ohio and was the daughter of the late William and Gladys Haney.

Anna graduated from Mansfield Senior High School in 1966. She worked at Therm-O-Disc and was also a Realtor for several Real Estate firms located in the Mansfield area. Anna worked at Wal-Mart after retiring where she enjoyed helping and serving others.

Anna loved riding the Harley along with her husband and enjoyed camping just the same. She loved and adored her dog, Bonnie, and took her everywhere they went. She loved attending church with her husband. They both were known to be the life of every party attended and strangers were only friends they hadn’t met yet.

Remaining to cherish Anna’s memory are her loving children, Tammy Cote (husband, Steve) and her grandchildren, Sara Cote and Nathan Cote, whom she adored.
