MANSFIELD — The Richland County Mental Health & Recovery Services Board will meet in special session Monday at 5:30 p.m., a meeting that will include a closed-door portion.
The board, which announced the meeting on Friday afternoon, said the purpose of the meeting is to, “address MH&RS Board responsibilities, policies, and procedures and enter executive session to discuss the employment and employment contract of a public employee.”
The board’s offices are at 87 E. First St., Suite L.
