Two (2) Free Lessons starting Thursday,
Sept. 25th, and Oct. 2nd, 7:00pm-9;00pm
It’s a great way to gently exercise the body and
mind. It’s a great way to meet new friends
and have fun too. Timely rest breaks as you
learn. No experience required and dress is casual
