MANSFIELD — Richland Carrousel Park is offering a “Special Needs Night” on Friday, Sept. 19, in downtown Mansfield.
From 5 to 7 p.m., the iconic carousel will operate with lower lights, sounds and speeds, according to organizers.
Everyone is welcome and there is no limit on how many guests may attend. Park officials ask those planning to attend to call 419-522-4223 so they can plan a head count.
