MANSFIELD — The 4th annual Special Needs Carrousel Event will take place on Sept. 19 from 5 to 7 p.m.
For the fourth year in a row, the Hastings Group is sponsoring a Special Needs event at the Richland Carrousel Park.
Attendees will receive unlimited rides on the Carrousel. The Carrousel will be modified, for this one evening, to address the concerns of the Special Needs Community.
The Richland Carrousel Park is located at 75 N. Main St. in Mansfield.
This year’s attendance is expected to exceed last year’s, which saw more than 80 members of the Mansfield Special Needs community enjoy time at the Carrousel on behalf of the Hastings Group.
