ONTARIO — The Mansfield Fuel & Food Mart will soon be converted into a Stop & Go.
The convenience store located at 3880 W. 4th Street in Ontario was sold to S and G Real Estate LLC for $4.9 million. It is located near the onramp of U.S. 30 East and West, as well as Ohio State Route 314.
According to their website, S&G Convenience Stores is a Toledo chain with 65 stores in Ohio and Michigan.
This marked the most lucrative sale in Richland County in August.
