David Michael McCabe, 69, of Mansfield, OH, passed away on Sunday, August 24, 2025, at his residence. He was born on February 8, 1956, to Carl E. and Audrey C. (Searles) McCabe in Mansfield.
He enjoyed fishing, boating, and loved his work, computers and dogs. He was married to Rita for 28 years. He was well loved by family and friends.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Rita (Thomas) McCabe; children, Jason McCabe, Tony McCabe, James (Amy) Lambert, Jr., and Danette Dyke; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and sister, Audrey Foltz.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings, Sharon Ross, Brenda Glowa, Charles Searles, Thelma McCabe, and Darlene Myers.
