Gary Preston Burggraf, 79, passed away at Lex Courts in Lexington, Ohio on Wednesday, August 20,2025. He was born to Preston M. and Pauline M. (Rule) Burggraf on August 3, 1946, in Ashland, Ohio.
Gary graduated from Madison High School and Ashland University. He retired with 52 years in Education.
Gary is survived by his son, Brian G. (Angie) Burggraf; grandsons, Hunter (Brittani) and Justin (Mariah) Burggraf; sister, Vicki (Jim) Dutter and family; sister-in-law, Taffy DeNavia.
Gary was preceded in death by his parents; in-laws, Frank and Shirleen Subich; brother, John, brother-in-law, Lew Miller; and his wife, Nancy Ann Burggraf, who he shared 50 years of marriage with before her passing in 2016.
There will be no visitation or service observed. A private burial of the urn will occur at a future date.
