ONRTARIO — The public is invited to the Richland Soil and Water Conservation District annual celebration on Sept. 11 at 11:30 a.m. at the Area Agency on Aging Hawkins Corner, 2131 Park Ave. West.
The Celebration includes lunch, recognition of the “Cooperator of the Year” and “Volunteer of the Year” honorees and accomplishments of the past year.
The cost is $25 per person and reservations are required by Sept. 4. Reservations may be made online at https://richlandswcd.net/event/annual-celebration-4/.
From 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., eligible voters may cast their vote for one open board supervisor position. Eligible voters are individuals or businesses who own or occupy land within Richland County and are 18 years of age or older.
