BY THE NUMBERS 📊
5
Postseason appearances in program history after the Bulldogs reached the Division VII, Region 27 playoffs last fall. Crestline’s last playoff appearance before last year was 2005.
1,009
Regular-season rushing yards for the graduated Cian Glennon last season. Glennon is playing collegiately at Heidelberg.
29
Straight losses for Crestline before last year’s season-opening 44-27 victory over Buckeye Central. Crestline was winless in 2023 (0-10), 2022 (0-10) and 2021 (0-9).
2
Consecutive wins in Week 5 and Week 6 last year. It was the first time Crestline won back-to-back games since 2017. The Bulldogs haven’t won three straight since 2011.
PLAYERS TO WATCH 💪

KODY LAWHORN
A junior quarterback, Lawhorn threw for 1,096 yards and 11 touchdowns last year.

BRETT CHENEY
The Bulldogs boasted a 1,000-yard rusher in Cian Glennon thanks in no small part to Cheney. The 6-foot-6, 320-pound senior tackle was the anchor on the offensive line and a run-stopper along the defensive line.
CRYSTAL BALL 🔮
What will Hastings Robinette do for an encore? The Crestline native piloted the Bulldogs to the playoffs for the first time since 2005 in his first season in charge. Crestline lost a wealth of talent to graduation, but Robinette welcomes back a solid core. A favorable schedule — only one opponent had a winning record last year — could have the Bulldogs in playoff contention after moving to the more navigable Region 27.
