BY THE NUMBERS 📊
2010
The last year Mansfield Senior had a new coach. Antonio Fletcher replaces Chioke Bradley, who stepped down last fall after 15 seasons in charge. Fletcher was an assistant on Bradley’s staff during his entire tenure.
9
Losses by the Tygers last fall, the most since 2004.
5
Straight seasons the Tygers qualified for the playoffs before last fall. The streak started in 2019, when Senior High reached the Division III state championship game before falling in overtime to Trotwood-Madison.
4
Interceptions by Mansfield Senior’s secondary last fall, a dramatic drop-off in production from recent years. The Tygers picked off 15 passes in 2023, 16 in 2022 and a whopping 24 in 2021.
PLAYERS TO WATCH 💪

QB Sean Sey Tanner
A sophomore quarterback, Tanner was pressed into duty last fall and acquitted himself well. He completed 46-of-81 passes for 657 yards and five touchdowns with just one interception.

LB D.J. Corbin
A senior, Corbin made 73 tackles as a sophomore on Senior High’s 2023 playoff team before moving to Texas last year.
CRYSTAL BALL 🔮
After five straight seasons of unprecedented success — Senior High won at least one playoff game every year from 2019 to 2023 and was a combined 10-5 in the postseason during that stretch — the bill finally came due last fall. The Tygers will have to overcome the losses of several key pieces if they are to climb out of the Ohio Cardinal Conference basement. The return of linebacker D.J. Corbin will help.
