MANSFIELD – Mechanics Bank is pleased to announce the following promotions:

Laura L. Baker has been promoted to Vice President, Good Life Director.

Laurie joined Mechanics in 2020 as Director of The Good Life program with over 40 years of experience in the travel industry as a previous owner of a local travel agency.

Laurie is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Mansfield, United Way of Richland County’s Power of the Purse committee and a graduate of the Travel Management Academy.

Nathan T. Masters has been promoted to Vice President, Commercial and Agriculture
Loan Officer.

Nathan joined Mechanics in 2009 as a Customer Service Representative and later served as a Business Banker. Nathan holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.

Christopher J. McClenathan has been promoted to Vice President, Information Technology Manager.

Chris joined Mechanics in 2005 as an IT Service Representative and later served as an Operations Manager.

Chris has an associate’s degree in Computer Programming from North Central State College and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.

Caroline D. Worner has been promoted to Vice President, Digital Marketing Manager &
Community Reinvestment Act Officer.

Caroline joined Mechanics in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative and later served as a Digital Marketing Specialist.

Caroline has a bachelor’s degree in E-Marketing and Advertising from The University of Akron.

Caroline serves on the Marketing committees for both the United Way of Richland County and the Renaissance Theatre.
