Rebella “Sue” Kennedy, age 61 of Mansfield, passed away on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at her home with her loving family by her side. She was born on September 2, 1963, in Peru, Indiana, to the late Richard “Dick” and Joyce “Marcie” (England) Ousley.
Sue graduated from Shelby High School in 1981, and she attended Open Bible Church. She loved spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren, but when she wasn’t enjoying her time at family get-togethers, you could often find her enjoying a game of bingo or poker. She was also a fan of the Indianapolis Colts.
She is survived by her children Richard (Jen) Ousley, Jessica (Clint Fogle) Ousley, Kayla (Michael White) Kennedy, and Austin (Erica Rush) Kennedy; her siblings Mary (Rusty) Beer, Junior Ousley, and Kim (Jamie Brock) Graham; 18 grandchildren and their spouses; 2 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Dick and Marcie Ousley and her nephew Charles Thompson.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2025, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Open Bible Church, 1150 Rayfield Dr., Mansfield. Services will take place at 1:00 pm at the church with Pastor Dink Porter officiating. Burial will follow at Mansfield Cemetery.
