Sharon Ann Dennison, 77 of Ashland passed from this life on Monday, July 14, 2025 in Riverside Methodist Hospital following an illness.
She was born on March 13, 1947 in Ashland the daughter of the late Wilbur and Phyllis (nee Summerton) Fike.
Sharon retired after more than 30 years from Furs a Flyin and the National Latex Company.
She was a devoted member of the Nankin Community Church and the Eagles Aerie 2178. Sharon was an animal enthusiast, enjoying raising cacti, and playing bingo.
She is survived by her loving son, Robert Nalley of Bucyrus; her canine companion, Pete the beagle; one sister, Evelyn Mason of Ashland; her sister-in-law, Carol Fike of Ashland; her aunt, Roberta Young; and her uncle, Robert Summerton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Sharon is preceded in death by her loving husband, Jackie Wayne Campbell who passed away in 1991; and three brothers, Terry Fike Sr., David Fike, and Doug Fike.
A Celebration of Sharon’s life will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Denbow-Gasche Funeral Home. Following the service a meal and time of fellowship will be held in the Legacy Room. Friends and family may visit prior to the service from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a bag of dog food be donated to the Morrow County Dog Shelter, Po Box 233, Mt Gilead, Ohio 43338. You are welcome to bring your donation to the services and the staff at the funeral home will make sure that it is delivered for your convenience.
