Edward “Frank” Crase, age 76, of Galion passed away Friday June 27, 2025 at Avita Galion Hospital.
Born March 23, 1949 in Galion, he was the son of the late Clarence and Mary (Lewallen) Crase. He married Linda Lou Ransom on November 4, 1967 and she preceded him in death on December 7, 2010.
Frank was a 1967 graduate of Galion High School. He owned and operated Crase Communications. He was a member of the Galion Elks and the Galion Moose. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, hunting, boating, traveling and working on the farm. He loved to spend time with his granddaughters.
He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Michele and Kurt Hasten, granddaughters Kailee and Emma Hasten, sisters: Mary Lou (Robert) Hershner, Betty Stall and Phyllis McKinney and his companion Janet Hart.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his son Michael Crase and brothers: Harold “Bud”, Carl, Jack and Ray Crase.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM- 6:00 PM Tuesday July 1, 2025 at Richardson Davis Chapel of Snyder Funeral Homes, 218 South Market St., Galion, Ohio 44833 where services will follow at 6:00 PM.
