MANSFIELD — Glenna Plotts and Kyle Swigart, Mid-Ohio Educational Service Center board members, were presented with the Ohio School Boards Association’s Distinguished Board Member Award during the May 21 Mid-Ohio ESC board meeting.

The Distinguished Board Member Award is given to school board members in recognition of their years of service.

Plotts and Swigart were both honored for 10 years of service on the Mid-Ohio ESC Governing Board. Plotts also serves on the Tri-Rivers Career Center Board of Education.

Kimmel, MOESC superintendent.
