A Bellville native, Kvochick and her family recently moved back to the area just two years ago after raising their children in South Carolina. While she has always had a love for real estate, she also believes in the importance of family and spent several years homeschooling and raising her children.
Now that they are older, she is ready to make new connections in the area as she tackles this new business endeavor.
Throughout the years, she started several of her own businesses as an outlet for herself.
Her entrepreneurial spirit rings true as she’s loved the accountability, flexibility, and gratification of working and growing her own business. She credits Sunday showings of “Real Estate Showcase,” and her love for people, especially families – for much of her interest in pursuing a career in real estate.
Kvochick often finds herself engaging in long conversations with strangers learning all
about their lives and finding ways she may be able to serve them. As she looks
ahead at her career, she hopes to help families find a home that allows them to
create traditions and memories in a safe and happy space.
She is eager to meet new people and make new connections in the area.
Outside of real estate, Amy has a passion for growing things mentioning she grows a large garden and lots of flowers every year. She loves harvesting and preserving food, arranging bouquets using the flowers she grows and gifting them to friends and family, and enjoys being outside — particularly if it involves being on the water.
Even in her free time Amy has a heart for service as she has spent the past five summers helping to rescue sea turtles on the beaches of South Carolina.
