Joshua C. Gentry, age 42 of Lexington, passed away on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. He was born on March 9, 1983, in Medina.
A true outdoorsman at heart, Josh enjoyed fishing with his brothers and Uncle Jeff, and he never felt more at home than when he was in the mountains of Tennessee. He was an avid car collector who loved his Corvette, and he also enjoyed planes and spending time in helicopters with his younger brother Jordan. Weekend country drives with his mom were one of his favorite things, and he enjoyed traveling all over with his sister Tiffanee. He loved his family like nothing else, and he would do anything for them. He will be dearly missed.
He is survived by his mother Christy Williams; his siblings Jason (Carrie Hammontree) Gentry, Jeremy Sexton, Tiffanee (Alan) Au, and Jordan (Kiah) Berg; and his nieces and nephew Keeley, Haley, and Corey Gentry.
He was preceded in death by his brother Chad Gentry and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Gentry.
Per his wishes, no formal services will be observed.
